If live testing is conducted to a
suitable telephone, please bear
in mind that a delay in receipt
is likely to be a function of the
messaging service, rather than
an alarm system fault.
The Engineer Test menu
contains an option to ‘Test CHC
Communications’ that initiates
a call to the CHC.
The system will automatically
carry out a test call to the CHC
every two weeks. Castle Care-
Tech will contact the alarm
company in the event of this
call not being received.
